Why Exhibit Here

A captive crowd, not a hallway.

Most booth fees buy you a folding table beside an exit. This one buys you a spot at a spectator event — where people arrive at 8 in the morning, park, and stay through the awards ceremony because they came to watch something.

Between heats they walk the grounds. They eat, they talk, they browse. That is your window — and it repeats all day long, in front of a spectator crowd that came out to spend the day — homeowners, families, and working crews alike.

The Case for a Booth

Six reasons this beats your usual booth spend.

👨‍👩‍👧
Two buyers in one field
Homeowners who pay for yard work, and the crews who do it. Most events give you one of those audiences. This one puts both within arm’s reach of your table.
⏱️
A crowd that stays put
This is a full-day spectator event, not a walk-through expo. People come at 8 AM, watch five events, and stay for the awards — your booth gets seen on the way in, between heats, and on the way out.
💵
The math is friendly
$500 for a day in front of up to 2,500 expected attendees. One equipment sale, one signed service contract, or one commercial account usually covers it.
📸
A story people photograph
A scythe challenge and a zero-turn obstacle course are inherently watchable. Cameras are out all day, and the brands on-site end up in the footage.
❤️
Real community credit
The Games are hosted in partnership with New Beginnings, a Fayetteville nonprofit ending chronic homelessness — 50% of attendance proceeds go to their work.
🥇
Founding-year status
This is the first Lawn Care Olympics. The vendors in the first row of the first year are the ones who get remembered.

Vendor FAQ

Questions, answered.

How many people are you expecting?

We are planning for a spectator crowd of up to 2,500 across the day, on top of the competitors and crews on the field. It is the first event of its kind in Northwest Arkansas, and it is being promoted to homeowners and to the regional trade at the same time.

What does the $500 booth fee cover?

A dedicated vendor booth space at the event, all-day access to the spectator crowd, and a listing as an official event vendor. Booth assignment, load-in times, and setup details are emailed to you after you register.

Do I have to be in the lawn care industry?

No. Anyone selling to homeowners or to small business owners is a fit — insurance, banking, trucks, food, retail, home services, real estate. If your customer owns a yard or owns a truck, they will be here.

How many booths are available?

The venue has a finite footprint and booths are assigned in the order registrations are received. When the field is full, registration closes — we would rather turn vendors away than crowd the ones who committed early.

Can I sell products at my booth?

Yes. Vendors are welcome to sell, sample, run giveaways, and capture leads at their space, and you keep 100% of what you sell. Large product showcases and demonstrations must be approved with the event organizers ahead of the event so we can plan for space, safety, and placement — reach out before you build the plan.

What is the difference between a vendor booth and a sponsorship?

A vendor booth is presence on the grounds — your space, your day, your customers. A sponsorship adds brand placement across the event and our marketing: stage callouts, logo placement, and category exclusivity at the upper tiers. Sponsorships start at $750 and several include booth space.

Is the booth fee refundable?

Booth fees are non-refundable. The Games run rain or shine on September 20, 2026.

Who do I contact with questions?

Leave your email in the vendor updates form on this page and our events team will reach out directly with anything you need before you commit.

Want more than a booth?

Sponsorships add stage callouts, logo placement across every event surface, and category exclusivity at the upper tiers — starting at $750.
